All our meat and suppliers are approved by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
These suppliers have operated since 2008, even before our website was established, and serve many popular local brands in Singapore.
If you’ve enjoyed party snacks, meat or curry pastries, or grilled beef cubes at petrol stations, heartland malls, or MRT stalls, they likely come from the same company group.
Do note that the process for the meat products on our website is not halal-certified.
Our meat products pass strict checks by the Singapore Food Agency (SFA), including tests for hormones and antibiotics. For more details, see the SFA’s article on “Claims in relation to hormones and antibiotics,” which clears up common myths and explains their approval process.
Our frozen meats are imported from various countries known for their high-quality produce:
You can find the country of origin listed on each of our product items for your easy reference.
Many of our products, especially whole chicken and beef, come with halal labels from their original countries. However, our company and processing facilities, which handle chopping, slicing, cubing, and mincing, are not halal certified.
Our products are sold in fixed quantities to keep orders consistent and help everyone receive them faster.
We process our meat through a machine, ensuring consistent thickness. Our shabu-shabu cuts are 3 to 4mm thick but usually labeled as 4mm for simplicity.
We used both centimeters and inches at first, but this caused mix-ups—like a 1.5-inch cut being mistaken for 1.5 cm. To clear this up, we now use only the metric system for cut sizes. For example, a 4 cm cut replaces the common 1.5-inch cut.
We still use inches for some items like pork riblets and trotters because of their original labels. It’s like ordering a Quarter Pounder—everyone understands that size. All other measurements use metric for accuracy and consistency.
The “Custom Cut” option lets the factory follow your specific cutting instructions, but all orders must match the standard sizes on the order list.
Tip: 2.5 cm is about 1 inch, and 4 cm is about 1.5 inches. We use centimeters to avoid mistakes from mixing up inches and cm.
“Weight” shows the total weight of all items in your order. For example, if you order two items weighing 3kg each, the total is 6kg. The individual item weights may vary but will add up to your ordered weight. If you get more weight, you won’t be charged extra. If less, we’ll adjust and refund the difference.
“Size” applies to pre-packed items from exporters, usually shown as “1 pkt” per quantity.
These terms describe how we prepare meat based on customer needs. Here’s a quick guide to the five cuts on the order form:
Think of it like buying meat at a market: “whole” is like a whole roast chicken, “sliced” is like thin beef for Pho, and “cut” or “cube” is like the yummy flame-cubed beef ribeye that you love.
If you’re looking for lean meats, chicken breasts are a top choice with about 21g of protein and 2.6g of fat per 100g. Pork loin is another lean option, offering around 26g of protein and 4g of fat per 100g.
Here are some lean cuts you might like:
These choices help you enjoy tasty meat while keeping fat intake low.
When meat is cut from a whole piece, the weight of each slice can vary even if the thickness is the same. This happens because the ends of the meat are smaller, like the first and last slices of bread compared to the middle ones.
If you want to exchange items, please let us know at least 24 hours before delivery. Our factory starts preparing orders 1-2 days before delivery.
Exchanges are only allowed for the same item with a different cut size (e.g., changing from 4cm to 2cm). We cannot swap one item for a completely different one.
Cancellations or changes are not accepted within 24 hours of delivery.
Items are processed and delivered in the order placed. If you get the wrong item, we can exchange it one-for-one.
Please check your items as soon as they arrive. Exchanges are only allowed within 1 to 2 days of delivery. We need photos for our records. Please send photos of the wrong item to speed things up.
Sometimes, the delivered weight may be less than what you ordered. For example, if you ordered 4kg but got 3.6kg, you’ll get a partial refund for the 400g difference.
If your order has items with both weight shortfalls and overages, a refund applies only if the total weight is less than ordered.
For example, if you order 2kg but receive 2.3kg (cut from a whole piece), you keep the extra 300g.
When you weigh meat from the bag on a home digital scale, it’s normal to see a 5-10% weight loss. Home scales aren’t as precise as industrial ones used during processing. Also, meat can lose weight during preparation, especially if it’s defrosted before repackaging. For example, a 2kg piece might weigh around 1.88kg to 1.95kg at home.
Our frozen food trucks start deliveries daily at 6 am for the morning and 12 pm for the afternoon, ending by 6 pm.
While you can choose a time slot when ordering, deliveries may sometimes arrive late due to traffic or weather.
Please make sure someone is available to receive your order during the chosen or updated delivery time to help us serve everyone on time and promptly.
We process and pack orders 1 to 2 days before delivery. Next-day orders are usually prepared late in the day or early morning before delivery.
Morning deliveries are packed between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m., while afternoon deliveries are packed between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.
All items are stored and transported in freezers at -15 to -18°C. Our production room stays at 13 to 15°C. Deliveries use freezer trucks to keep products frozen.
Sometimes, orders are packed on delivery day, so products may be less frozen but remain safe to eat. We follow strict frozen food preparation and storage standards throughout.
All items are packed in clear plastic bags for easy identification, then placed in a larger bag, insulated box, or original carton for bulky orders.
Freezing meat does not spoil it or destroy its nutrients. It stops bacteria from growing and keeps the meat safe to eat. The nutrition, taste, and quality stay nearly the same while the meat is frozen.
Freezing meat is a great way to keep it fresh longer without losing quality or taste. It preserves the meat’s flavor, nutrients, and overall quality with only minor nutrient loss when thawing. Some water-soluble vitamins and amino acids may leak out, but this doesn’t affect the meat’s nutrition much.
Frozen meat stored at -18°C stays good for a long time, unlike meat left unrefrigerated, which spoils quickly.
Yes, According to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), freezing food slows down molecules and stops microbes from spoiling it, keeping most nutrients intact. Like freeze-drying, freezing preserves nutrients, so properly handled frozen food still offers essential nutrients like fresh food.
No, our frozen meat comes from freshly slaughtered animals. It is flash-frozen soon after processing to keep it fresh and high quality before export.
You should not refreeze meat if it has been thawed and left at temperatures between 4°C and 60°C (the “danger zone”) for more than 2 hours. In this range, bacteria can multiply quickly and make the meat unsafe.
If the meat was only out of the freezer for a short time and is still mostly frozen or cold, it is generally safe to refreeze. For example, if you take meat out to separate it and put it back right away, that’s fine. But if the meat has fully thawed and sat at room temperature for over 2 hours, you should not refreeze it.

Always use your best judgment and remember: if you’re unsure how long the meat was out or how warm it got, it’s safer to throw it away. Food safety is important, and it’s better not to take chances.
Meat changes color depending on how much oxygen it gets. Frozen meat often looks darker because it is not exposed to air. When you thaw it, the meat meets oxygen again and returns to its usual color. This color change is normal and does not affect the safety or quality of the meat.
Frozen meat stored at -18°C or colder is safe to eat for a long time. We keep all our products at this temperature in our freezer facility and during delivery. Storing food properly keeps it safe, fresh, and nutritious.
